We offer free shipping within the UAE for all orders. For international orders, shipping costs will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. All of our jewelry comes with a maintenance warranty. We will clean and inspect your jewelry free of charge within the first year of purchase. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or accidents. (Scratches, breakage or color change, which may happen if the jewelry being in touch with chemical products, are not part of the warranty coverage.)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 3 days for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Please contact us to initiate the return process, and we will provide you with instructions on how to send the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For international orders, we ship via FedEx, and the shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. The customer is responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be charged by their country.

We are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by FedEx, such as weather conditions or customs processing. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues that may arise.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete, as we are not responsible for any lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to reship the package.
